Property Services is responsible for ensuring that Woking Borough Council’s operational buildings, workspaces and facilities are well managed, safe, and operating effectively. The team provides a range of planned and reactive maintenance services, soft services management, statutory compliance monitoring, and operational support across the Council’s estate.

The Facilities Co‑Ordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Council’s facilities management services. This position is responsible for managing the Facilities Helpdesk, acting as the primary point of contact for both engineering and customer enquiries, and co‑ordinating planned and reactive works via the CAFM system.

Working closely with the Soft Services Manager, in‑house engineers and external service partners, you will help ensure jobs are prioritised, communicated effectively, and completed to the required standard. The role also involves maintaining accurate compliance records, supporting financial processes such as arraning purchase orders and conducitng invoice checks, and providing reliable administrative support to the wider Facilities team.
