Senior Contract Manager
We have a great opportunity for an outstanding candidate in our Recreation and Leisure Services team. The role involves performance monitoring of high-profile contracts on behalf of the Council along with the opportunity to work on other challenging projects for which the service is responsible.
As our Senior Contract Manager you will be expected to demonstrate leadership and effective quality monitoring to check that our providers meet their contractual and statutory requirements.
You will create and maintain positive, professional relationships with all contractors, meeting regularly to ensure continued compliance with standards and performance expectations; and when faced with challenge, exercise excellent judgement ensuring appropriate action plans are put in place and checked. You will be expected to regularly generate reports documenting the performance of our contracts.
This post would suit an experienced contract manager with relevant commercial experience; someone who is self-motivated, well-organised and can multi-task to ensure that deadlines and standards are achieved.
