We’re seeking a self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our busy Resident Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tenancy management while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support the team with a wide range of tenancy-related administration, including:

  • New tenant sign-ups
  • Rent collection and tenancy enforcement
  • Anti-social behaviour case support
  • Right to Buy applications
  • General tenancy management and customer service
  • Opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Housing Service including Repairs and Maintenance, Housing Complaints and Allocations.

You’ll be part of a professional and supportive team committed to delivering high-quality services and building safe, sustainable communities.

Apprenticeship Details:

Eligibility:

    • Aged 16 or over
    • Not in full-time education
    • Living in England

Training: Delivered remotely through a flexible, blended model including one-to-one sessions, group webinars, online courses, and personal study

Qualification: Level 2 – Housing & Property Management Assistant (12 months plus 3 months end point assessment )
