This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Housing Development Team, supporting the delivery of new build, mixed-use, and refurbishment schemes that improve lives and create vibrant neighbourhoods.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing and delivering housing development projects.
- Identify development opportunities within existing housing stock.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and solutions to residents.
- Maintain accurate project records, risk logs, and trackers.
- Co-ordinate handovers and monitor defects during the 12-month period.
- Organise public relations events for new developments and support marketing activities.
- Prepare reports for governance meetings and assist with grant funding applications.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Experience in housing development or project support is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a passion for making a difference.

This is a hybrid role – mixture of home and office working.
This post is a full-time role at 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
