Salary £35,027-£38,442 pa
Full Time, 36 hours per week
An exciting new role has become available within the Community Wellbeing team at Spelthorne Borough Council. The Team are responsible for a range of services including Community Centres, Meals on Wheels, Housing Benefits, Homelessness, Housing Options, Leisure Services, Community Development.
You will support the work of the teams through considering best practice and service improvements. The role will include co-ordinating performance management information including targets relating to strategies and action plans, customer feedback and Freedom of Information requests.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of facilitating and co-ordinating work across a range of service areas, with essential skills around Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the ability to use Microsoft Teams. You will have the ability to objectively consider service improvement areas and to work with service managers to implement these. This is an important role and the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and team player skills.
This post is identified as a hybrid post supporting both office and home working in line with Spelthorne Borough Council’s policy. The post holder will be required to attend the office in line with a rota and any service requirements.
