Salary £20,116- £23,769 p.a. 37 hrs per week
Our busy Housing Maintenance Team is looking for an administrator for 6 months to assist with uploading the data from our Stock Condition Survey and to assist us in compiling and administrating a large planned maintenance programme. This will be an interesting and varied positon within a supportive team. You must have good general IT skills as there will be some data entry and the ability to pick up new systems.
The successful applicant will be confident in the use of excel. There will be contact with residents and other council services so you should be confident in dealing with customers on the phone.
This role is 37 hours per week and there may be some flexibility in the working hours.
