We are looking for a case officer with great communications skills and a positive can-do attitude to join us in our Strategy and Commissioning Team.

Strategy and Commissioning sets direction, within the context of the Council’s vision and political steer, to achieve the Council’s ambitions and enhance its reputation. We are developing a team of multi-skilled Case Officers delivering a high degree of resilience across all themes within Strategy and Commissioning which include Communications and Policy.

Current projects include the following: -

  • Local Plan - currently with the government inspector
  • Garden Village development at Godstone
  • Oxted Regeneration, Caterham Regeneration/Asset Management team
  • New Asset management arm with funding to purchase property both within and outside of the district.
  • Tandridge Lottery

The position will provide valuable work experience across a range of council services and the opportunity to learn and use a variety of software and IT systems.

The appointment of this post will be made between TA1 and TA2 (£20,735 - £28,693) therefore, applicants must demonstrate they meet this grade as described in the Role Specification.
