Are you someone who cares passionately about offering a quality service in one of Surrey's most attractive cemeteries? Do you have the skills to maintain our proud reputation for quality and the ability to explore innovative ideas for the organisation and development of Epsom Cemetery?

We need someone who has experience of working with or caring for the bereaved to assist the Cemetery Superintendent in managing our cemetery and two closed churchyards.

Excellent customer service, strong communication skills and a degree of flexibility are essential. You will be meeting bereaved families, attending and overseeing funerals including the statutory administration of the burial service and enforcement of the Council's policies and procedures.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills to maintain our excellent reputation as the cemetery of choice across Surrey with a proactive approach to developing our service in the future.

A full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle is also required for this role.
