We are looking for a full-time Business System Analyst to join our Digital Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestone’s regenerated town centre. Here you will become part of a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using the latest technology and supporting staff to access council software services.
This role will be key in delivering the Council’s ambitious transformation programme. You will be working in a fast- paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed, and professional at all times. Our ideal candidate would preferably have some Local Government experience as well as a proven track record in delivering transformational change. Experience and knowledge in the following would also be beneficial :-
- Deploying digital solutions
- Ability to communicate technical complexity to a non-technical audience
- Information Security
