Are you an enthusiastic team player, with a flexible approach? Do you have excellent customer services skills and thrive on a challenge?

We are looking for a Customer Services Apprentice, with great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, to join our team.

Our Customer Services team is the first point of contact for residents and provides administration support to other council teams.

In addition to studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Services (NVQ Level 2), this role will also provide valuable work experience and the opportunity to learn and use a variety of software and IT systems.

The role will involve daily contact with residents and internal/external customers (face to face in reception, by e-mail and telephone) providing advice and guidance on a variety of enquiries we receive about the services we deliver.

If you are a team player with a flexible approach and willingness to learn; if you enjoy a challenge and have a ‘can-do’ attitude, then this role could be the ideal opportunity for you to launch a career in the public sector.

If you have any questions please e-mail recruitment@tandridge.gov.uk or ring 01883 732987.

We do not accept CV applications on their own – our application form must be completed.
