We are looking for a well-organised, self-motivated, strong team player, who has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, to join our busy Customer Services team. You will mainly be responsible for the effective and efficient billing, collection and recovery of Sales Ledger Sundry Debts, adhering to corporate policies on collection and customer care. Assisting with Business Rates & Council Tax where necessary.
A portion of your time will be spent focusing on the more technical aspects of control in regards to our systems and processes. This will require an aptitude for technical functions as part of your role will be to assist the System Manager in his duties.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good numeracy are necessary to deal with internal and external queries.
