As a Senior Supervisor within the service you will be expected to oversee the day to day running of the team by providing guidance and support to all staff on a daily basis with the goal of ensuring the delivery of a professional service to our customers.

We are looking for someone with in depth knowledge and experience of Council Tax & Business Rate legislation, Customer Service delivery and staff supervision, to join our team as our Customer Service Operational Team Leader. We are looking for a balance of knowledge and can demonstrate supervisory skills.
Provide support and advice to Senior Officers and staff to help and advise staff in relation to Council Tax and Business Rates legislation.
