We are looking for a highly motivated and keen Administrator to work with our Family Support Team at Woking Borough Council. The Programme provides and coordinates support for vulnerable families in Woking and clear administrative processes and recording is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse, creative and multi-disciplinary area. We need someone to work at the centre and hub of team and to support staff processes, track and analyse data and support the Team Manager.

You will provide administrative support and excellent customer service to the team, our partners and clients. You will be highly organised, flexible and adopt a supportive and ‘can-do’ approach to your work.

If you have excellent IT skills, especially surrounding Excel and system databases, GCSEs English and Maths and are keen, positive, highly organised and pragmatic, with the ability work well as part of a team, then we want to hear from you!

As this job will be working with a highly sensitive and confidential data, the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Standard Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Assistance will be given by the Council and further details will be in the job application pack.
