We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a strong understanding of employment law and Employee Relations to help us through a very busy period. We have done a number of departmental restructures and have a high level of ER case work to do. Currently the workload is shared between two other HR Business Partners and a HR Manager supporting around 477 staff. Our work covers professional, operatives and administration roles. No day will be the same; you will extremely busy but involved in wide ranging and rewarding HRBP work.
You will partner with senior managers and line manager to provide expert HR knowledge and insight to support effective strategic and day to day operational decision making.
To be successful you must have the ability to take ownership of your business areas and be confident in your ability to deliver sound pragmatic advice on all matters of HR. Have sound previous HR generalist experience at a senior HR Advisor level or HRBP. It is vital to have first class communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business and to quickly establish excellent working relationships. It is preferable to be CIPD qualified.
