The Regeneration & Economy team has been established to deliver on these on these Corporate Plan priorities and we are looking for talented and enthusiastic programme leads with initiative and delivery experience to join our growing Regeneration team to deliver our exciting and diverse opportunities.
Working to the Corporate Head of Service, the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in working with partners to respond to the structural challenges Kingston town centre faces and the ability to develop a series of improvements for a re-imagine town centre. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in the development and delivery of strategic housing sites in Kingston town centre, supported by an expert team of urban designers to deliver high quality place making adopting a co-design approach. Key will be the ability to deliver a diversification of activities, uses and spaces and a broader mix of facilities, with a specific focus on developing the cultural and leisure provision.
