Under the Corporate Head of Service, there will be four teams with two proposed key areas: ‘Kingston town centre’ sites including Norbiton, Surbiton neighbourhoods and the ‘New Malden and South of the Borough’ also covering Tolworth, Chessington and Hook supported by an expert team of urban designers to deliver high quality place making in the communities. The Economic Development & Partnerships team will be there to promoting partnerships, enterprise and inward investment to support the programme.
