About the Person
The successful candidate will be proactive and ambitious, with a track record in working with and supporting people to help us deliver on our plans to provide positive outcomes for families who are experiencing a range of challenges.
You will be joining a growing, innovative multi-agency team which supports the successful coordination of local statutory and voluntary services to work in partnership with families to achieve sustainable and transformational change.
