Providing help at the touch of a button 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year, Mole Valley Life telecare provides independence, security and peace of mind in the home and out and about.
The service on offer is extremely versatile and available to anyone. The Telecare equipment ranges from basic equipment, which comprises of a base unit connected to a phone line and an alarm pendant, which can be worn around the neck or wrist, to a GPS Tracking System, which Maps the Location of a User when in distress. We also offer other Equipment for Use around the Home to assist with Independent Living.
About the role
To provide administrative support for Mole Valley Life Services as directed by the Team Leader.
To act as first point of contact for new customers or existing customers with issues. To schedule the telecare officers diary, managing payments, stock and to work consistently as part of a team to meet performance targets. To attend local events to promote Mole Valley Life and its services, and assisting the support officers with installations and maintenance visits.
The role requires a full driving licence.
Experience of successfully undertaking a range of administrative and support duties, to include: responding to customers, collating, recording, processing and retrieving information, processing and progressing invoices and payments, provision of diary and work schedule management service, plus routine administrative tasks incorporating Microsoft Word, Excel and Spreadsheets.
