We are looking for a Housing Benefit professional to join our Specialist Services Team as a Resident Support Specialist.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and best practice for all Housing Benefit related services across the council taking ownership of the more complex cases, ensuring statutory returns are completed on time as well as supporting and developing Case Officers, our Locality Team and our Customer Services Advisors.

The appointment of posts will be made at M3 (£39,090 - £44,624)
