An exceptional opportunity has recently arisen for Regulatory Specialists to join our Specialist Services team.

We are an innovative Council that delivers a range of high quality services to its customers.

Regulatory Specialists are responsible for the end to end processes, training colleagues throughout Case and Customer Services and dealing with the most complex cases. Our busy team needs your enthusiasm and drive to help us deliver for our residents and make our services as efficient and effective as possible.

In this role, you will have the challenge of helping to shape a new team to deliver top class services. You will help guide them through an intense period of change and embed new ways of working. All the while ensuring we perform to our highest standard and meet all statutory obligations.

To be successful in this role you will be RITP qualified and have an extensive working knowledge of development management / planning enforcement. This will be combined with a natural gravitas that allows you to drive processes and confidently communicate your technical expertise to elected members, colleagues and the public alike.
