You will be part of our Customer Services Team providing a first contact response for our Environmental Services, dealing with customer queries and giving advice over the telephone, in writing and in person.
As an experienced communicator with strong people and technology skills, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including internal and external customers, Council Members and other stake holders. You will be comfortable working with multiple computer packages and able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as within a team.
This is the perfect opportunity to work with a friendly and high performing team.
