We are looking for a number of Apprentice Case Services Officers to join our busy Case Services Team on an 18-month fixed term contract.
The team are responsible for processing external customer cases and resolving issues using good practice guidance, policies and procedures. The three main themes that Case Services include are:
- Resident Support – supporting our more vulnerable customers who may need higher levels of support such as housing and benefits
- Regulatory – services that protect the public, the environment, homes and communities such as planning
- Business and Income – services which collect income for the Council and support business customers.
In addition to studying towards a nationally recognised qualification (Public Service Operational Delivery Officer Apprenticeship - NVQ Level 3), the position will provide valuable work experience across a range of council services and the opportunity to learn and use a variety of software and IT systems.
