Senior Human Resources Advisor
Temporary maternity cover for up to 1 year to start April 2019.
Salary range: £36,207 to £43,770 per annum, dependent upon experience. Pay award of 2.5% effective from 1 April 2019.

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our HR Team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice on Council Policy and Procedures together with providing specialist advice to managers with regards to employment relations issues. You will also be responsible for ad hoc HR projects including our apprenticeship programme and training and development.
You will provide line management support to the Human Resources Assistants and HR Operations Advisor to ensure priorities are met and recommend and facilitate improvements to the service.
The ability to build strong working relationships and trust with a range of diverse services is essential.
Some proven experience within a similar setting is essential and you will be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5.
