Spelthorne Borough Council’s ICT Department is a busy and dynamic place to work.
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to hit the ground running as part of a busy helpdesk team that supports 350 users over a number of sites, taking in excess of 400 helpdesk calls a month. Experience is required but on-the-job training will be part of the deal.
You will need to have worked in a similar environment for at least a year and have a basic understanding of first and second line ICT support. You must be able to work as part of a team, with a wide variety of customers all with differing needs. Excellent communications skills will be required as you will be working across the whole organisation.
