Tandridge District Council are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional people to join our Customer Services team.
The team aims to resolve a significant proportion of customer queries at the first point of contact or routes them to the right team. This may be via incoming telephone calls, face to face contact on the reception desk or by responding to customer emails and web chats.
It is vital for the team to provide accurate advice and guidance and at the same time promote customers to self-serve online.
To succeed, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer services and can demonstrate both good written and verbal communication skills. Preferably you will have experience of working in a customer services environment and have strong IT skills.
The appointment of posts will be made between TA1 (£20,229 - £23,845) and TA2 (£24,344 - £27,993) and therefore applicants must demonstrate that they meet at least TA1 as described in the Role Specifications.
