We are looking for two Housing professionals as Resident Support Specialists.

The Specialist team ensures that the Council provides customer focused services, maintains training levels across the Council and provides experienced advice. Our busy team needs your enthusiasm and drive to help us deliver for our residents and make our services as efficient and effective as possible. If you feel you could offer what we need and you have experience of delivering landlord services this could be the right role for you.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and best practice for landlord and related services taking ownership of the more complex cases including tenancy and leasehold management, as well as supporting and developing Case Officers, our Locality Team and our Customer Services Advisors. You will need to be flexible to be involved in other Resident Support work. Experience of attending committee meetings would be an advantage, as would eligibility for membership of the CIH.
The appointment of posts will be made at M3 (£39,090 - £44,624) and M4 (£45,313 - £50,907) and therefore applicants must demonstrate that they meet at least M3 as described in the Role Specification.
