We are looking for a full-time Assistant System Support Analyst to join our ICT Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestone’s regenerated town centre. Here you will become part of a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using the latest technology and supporting staff to access council software services.

 

As the second line support, you will be working in a fast- paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed, and professional at all times. Our ideal candidate would preferably have some Local Government and Code of Connection knowledge, to help support our Oracle and SQL applications. Experience and knowledge in the following would be beneficial :-

 

  • Desktop, server and network infrastructure.
  • Software applications including Office 365 and Exchange 2016
  • Oracle and SQL databases
  • Information Security
  • .
