Backed by local businesses and set to deliver over £700,000 of investment into Esher over the next five years, the BID will play a pivotal role in shaping the town’s future — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position — perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for our high streets, and a track record of turning ideas into action. You’ll be public face of the BID, develop high-profile events and marketing campaigns, and work closely with local businesses to ensure Esher continues to thrive.

You can find out more about the Esher Bid on the Esher BID website (https://esherbid.co.uk)

  • Experienced in working across both private and public sectors

  • Comfortable leading projects and building strong local partnerships

You’ll be supported by a dedicated BID Board made up of local business leaders who are passionate about Esher’s success.
