Revenue Team Leader

Responsibilities include:

- Managing the Revenue Team in aspects of business rates and council tax administration, such as billing, discounts, exemptions and recovery

- Ensure the team deal with customer queries with professionalism and care, and ensuring all necessary action is taken to collect revenue efficiently and effectively and process applications for discounts and other reliefs

- You will ensure all points of the business are adequately resourced and support the team to respond proactively to fluctuations

- Assist with the annual billing and year end process for Council Tax and Business Rates

This role will be on a Hybrid contract, with the time in the office agreed with The Revenue and Benefit Manager.

This post is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
