As HR professionals we want to make a positive difference for all our employees but we also aim to do the same for our residents and community.

To begin with we'd like you to be on site as part of the team to help your develop your skills and knowledge but then we know how important worklife balance is, so there will be the opportunity for a mix of home and office working.

We've also got lots of exciting new projects in the works, including helping expand our employee EDI networks , round two of our staff survey and our health and wellbeing week is back.
