Do you have an interest in retrofit and are excited about improving the quality of social housing?

Do you want to be part of a team delivering an ambitious retrofit programme and take responsibility for project delivery?

Are you looking for a role that will actively invest in your professional development?

You should have experience in project management, construction and retrofit and be interested in applying your technical expertise in buildings and energy efficiency to improve the quality of council-owned homes across the Borough.

This is the perfect opportunity to apply your skills in retrofit and decarbonisation and improve the quality of social homes within an experienced Planned Works team. Waverley Borough Council are currently delivering Wave 2.2 of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and have made an ambitious bid application for Wave 3 of the grant funding scheme. You would be responsible for delivering this domestic retrofit programme with the support of the wider team.

This is a hybrid role – mixture of home and office working.

Salary range: £41,267 - £44,387 (pending pay review).

Contract type: 3 year Fixed Term contract.

This post is a full-time role at 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
