New Build Project Manager

Salary: £40,347 - £46,263 per annum

Plus essential car user allowance

Permanent full time post

Guildford Borough Council is offering a new and exciting technical project management role within the Council and is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified Project Manager to become part of our small but busy New Build Property Team.

The post will report to and work closely with our New Build Development Manager and will be responsible for and key to delivering our social housing and mixed development capital investment projects with values ranging from £2m to £60m.

Your role will be to lead and effectively manage major new build construction projects from feasibility through to defects completion and to act as advisor on new build technical construction matters. Projects will be primarily be social housing but may also include private sector and non-housing construction.

Applicants must have a valid driving licence to drive in the UK to allow for regular site visits across the Borough.
