Job Opportunity: Housing Surveyor

Join our dynamic team as a Housing Surveyor!

As a key member of our building surveying services team, you will:

  • Manage contracts: oversee the council’s registered provider for reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring full statutory compliance, including proactive damp and mould management.
  • Plan and implement improvements: develop and execute a stock investment and improvement programme to meet HHSRS and Decent Homes Standard compliance.
  • Inspect and deliver: conduct pre-void inspections and manage void work to ensure properties meet our New Let Standard.
  • Lead adaptations: handle adaptation requests and collaborate with relevant services.
