An opportunity has arisen within The Housing Services Team for a Housing Operations Support Officer (Contract Administration & meeting support minute taker).

Can you capture complex discussions accurately while maintaining clarity in your notes?

Can you efficiently manage time-sensitive deadlines whilst ensuring quality output?

Do you bring a positive solutions-focused attitude to administrative challenges? 

Operational Duties & Accountabilities

- To provide comprehensive minute-taking services for contractor meetings across Housing Services, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient follow-up of actions, and smooth administrative operations that support service delivery excellence

- Support multiple contractor meetings across Housing Services

- Manage documentation for contracts worth significant value

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, housing officers, and senior management

- Handle confidential information affecting service delivery and contractor relationships

- Provide administrative support for the Housing Operations Support Team across the Housing services

- Manage complex diary arrangements and meeting schedules

- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation

- Support preparation of reports and presentations
