We are transforming our services at Woking and are recruiting for several new exciting and challenging roles in our Housing Assets Team. We are seeking motivated, flexible and high caliber candidates to support the delivery of our voids services and to improve our homes whilst ensuring we are able to meet the requirements of the regulatory standards.

Working within the Voids section of the Housing Assets Team you will have a high level of involvement in supporting the day-to-day aspects of our void operations and will be dealing with a variety of administrative support and enquires from our contractors.

You will be actively engaged with our main Voids Contractors, who work on the delivery of making void properties safe and secure for incoming tenants.

This role will require excellent communication, organisational and time management skills as you will be highly influential in delivering the very best service possible for our residents.  

This role is a fully office based role with the successful candidate working from our Offices in Woking, Surrey 5 days per week.
