Position: HR Business Partner (2yrs fixed term)

Salary: £48,857 - £53,329

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting organisational transformation and change? Do you thrive in complex environments, guiding senior leaders through the intricacies of change? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

This role will support our organisation on various transformation and modernisation projects.

You will

  • Lead on HR matters: collaborating with the HR Manager to lead and manage all HR aspects of upcoming transformation and modernisation projects.
  • Support change, acting as the main adviser on change processes, providing expert guidance on structures and working practices.
  • Offer advice on complex employee relations matters and manage case work related to transformation.
  • Analyse data: gathering and analysing data to support decision-making and minimise risks.
  • Engage with stakeholders: ensuring relevant stakeholders, such as unions, are appropriately involved in transformation processes.

About you

You will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in supporting organisational transformation and change. You will thrive in complex environments, supporting senior leaders to achieve objectives. Your expertise in employee relations, compliance, and change management will be crucial in driving successful transformation projects.
