Car Parks Ambassador

An exciting job opportunity has become available to assist with the daily operation of Woking Borough Council car parks in the position of Car Park Ambassador.

As a Car Park Ambassador you will be responsible for:

• Supporting customers to access the car parks and providing a high level of customer service
• Ensuring that the car parks are a safe environment for customers and staff
• Ensuring machinery and systems are maintained and working to help ensure smooth running of the car parks 
• Carry out simple administration and resolve incoming customer issues.
• Monitor CCTV networks across the parking estate

We are looking for someone with high quality customer service skills, is flexible and reliable and the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post.

Please note, level 2 NPPV (Non-Police Personnel Vetting) clearance is required for this role due to access to the car parks operations base being within a secure CCTV office. This requires you to have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years immediately before the vetting check is undertaken.
