An exciting job opportunity has become available to assist with the daily operation of Woking Borough Council car parks in the position of Car Park Ambassador.

As a Car Park Ambassador you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers to access the car parks and providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring that the car parks are a safe environment for customers and staff
  • Ensuring machinery and systems are maintained and working to help ensure smooth running of the car parks 
  • Carry out simple administration and resolve incoming customer issues.
  • Monitor CCTV networks across the parking estate

Please note, level 2 NPPV (Non-Police Personnel Vetting) clearance is required for this role due to access to the car parks operations base being within a secure CCTV office. This requires you to have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years immediately before the vetting check is undertaken.
