The Role
To provide administrative support across all aspects of People and Organisational Development within the council, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and contributing to the delivery of an effective HR service.
About You
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support our mission to deliver exceptional services to our residents.
Essential Skills and Experience:
•    Experience in HR or office administration.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
•    A commitment to confidentiality and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Desirable Skills:
•    CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Human Resources.
•    Familiarity with HR systems like iTrent.
•    Experience using online recruitment platforms and training systems.
