As a proactive current or aspiring Business Analyst you will be looking for the next step in your career, having developed a good grounding in project methodologies and business analysis work.
You will use your experience, curiosity, and interest in service improvement, to support team members and service colleagues to develop and implement Transformation and Collaboration projects that deliver our Corporate Strategy priorities, programme objectives, sustainable change over the long term; and which underpin our Collaboration Partnership principles.
You will be a confident, self-starter who also recognises the importance of relationship building with team members and staff across the council to ensure we collectively deliver our objectives. You will also liaise with counterparts in Guildford Borough Council.
This is the perfect opportunity to join the Business Transformation team as we have recently refocused our ambitious Transformation and Collaboration Programme. This is a high-profile multi-year endeavour, and we are confident you will considerably develop your skills and exposure to a broad range of Local Government services.
You will be encouraged to keep up to date with all matters relating to programme and project management you will have the opportunity to undertake continuing professional development.
This post is a full-time role; however, all applications will be considered.

This role falls under our hybrid working policy. You will be required to attend the Godalming based office to support the work of the Business Transformation team as needed.
