We have an exciting opportunity to join our communications and digital team as our CRM Administrator. 

This is a challenging and rewarding role and the successful candidate will need to be willing to work towards a Salesforce qualification as well as:

  • Ability to solve problems in a collaborative way
  • Understanding of the importance of workflow
  • Able to develop and understand processes
  • Experience producing reports 
  • Ability to work with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues where technology may provide solution.
  • A willingness to pro-actively learn CRM best practices and functionality
  • Knowledge of project management practices and tools
