CRM Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity to join our communications and digital team as our CRM Administrator.
This is a challenging and rewarding role and the successful candidate will need to be willing to work towards a Salesforce qualification as well as:
- Ability to solve problems in a collaborative way
- Understanding of the importance of workflow
- Able to develop and understand processes
- Experience producing reports
- Ability to work with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues where technology may provide solution.
- A willingness to pro-actively learn CRM best practices and functionality
- Knowledge of project management practices and tools
