Technical Services Officer
Housing Property Services are looking for people with experience of working within a busy environment providing services to tenants and leaseholders to ensure that their properties are maintained effectively and that they are safe and secure in their homes.
The Technical Services Officers are pivotal to the day-to-day delivery of services ranging from day-to-day repairs, planned and programmed works and, given recent legislative changes, within people’s homes and communal areas of properties managed by the council.
We are looking for somebody who can work in a varied and challenging role in a front-line service and who is able to deal with a range of customer enquiries that are presented and also work with fellow colleagues and contractors to deliver exceptional service.
Ideally, experience of working in such an environment and with the necessary computer skills and previous working with compliance, responsive repairs or Housing management experience would be preferable or working within a similar environment.
You will be joining an experienced team so you will be someone who enjoys working within a friendly environment to deliver excellent, customer focused services.
