We are seeking an outstanding leader to head our Technology and Customer Operations teams. This role? It's pivotal. It unites customer operations and digital services, embodying the Council’s vision of technology as a driving force. A force that delivers exceptional customer services. The department oversees essential functions - revenues and benefits - and manages high-profile services like parking. This role is at the heart of our transformation. Your leadership will advance operational efficiency. You will ensure greater, more impactful outcomes for our residents. 

As Head of Technology and Customer Operations, you will play a central role in driving transformation across the Council. You must be hands-on. Strategic. A leader who bridges the gap between people and processes. Technology must enhance service delivery. Your values? They must align with Elmbridge’s - Care, Collaborate, and Continuous Improvement. This role is front facing. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll engage with stakeholders. A range of services will need your focus.
