Location of work: Earlswood Depot
Salary: £34,278.75 - £35,028.75 (dependent on experience)
Basis: Full time, Permanent 45 hours per week
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit someone with a full HGV Class 2/C & E driving licence to help us cover a variety of duties within Refuse & Recycling. You will be working towards or willing to undertake CPC training.
As a Reserve Driver you will undertake the collection of waste and recycling within the borough of Reigate and Banstead. It is essential you have a flexible approach to the work and hours. Your main duty will be driving for us although when required, you must be willing to work as a loader covering any service within the Neighbourhood Services team.
About the Person:
- Willing to train and supervise a small team.
- Have up to date customer care skills
- A high level of health and safety awareness
- Able to deal with a physically demanding job, working outdoors in all weathers.
