Resident Engagement Officer

We have a vacancy within the Housing Team to support our Tenant Engagement Group to develop and deliver our Resident Engagement Strategy. The post holder works closely with and for tenants to ensure that; they are treated with respect; the service is open and honest; we prioritise tenants safety and provide good quality homes and services.
We are looking for passionate person to provide meaningful engagement opportunities and to support continuous improvement, through facilitating a range of tenant engagement activities. The role also supports the Housing Insight and Improvement Senior Specialist in responding to new legislation and developing and implementing service improvement projects.
Salary range £41,109.61 - £48,518.65 per annum.
This post is a full-time role. However, all applications will be considered.
