Change Programme Manager

This role will lead on the transformation of the housing service through an ambitious and complex change programme.  Four major workstreams have been identified:

- the replacement of the housing management IT system.

- a culture change to ensure an effective implementation of the new IT system.

- the development and implementation of a new data management strategy,

- the development of project teams.

The post holder will work closely with a range of people across the Council in delivering the transformation.

In this role you will need to be solution focused, with proven experience of successfully managing, and delivering a range of change projects. This includes the ability to develop and support a programme of activity, gathering insights and engaging with staff and tenants to embed how we best use our new housing management system.

Agile Working status: hybrid

This post is a full-time role, 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
