We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work within a small, highly effective Notice Processing Team.

You will be required to address queries within the team and be able to communicate issues effectively with the Car Parks Manager.

You will be required to deal with parking and transport related enquiries by telephone, in person, by letter and electronic communication effectively. You will need to make important recommendations for Penalty Charge Notice ‘cancellation or write off’ following consideration of the evidence submitted by an appellant against the council’s evidence.
