Location of work: Town Hall (some remote working)
Salary: £22,525.80
Basis: Fixed term-18 months - Full time 36 hours
About the Role
This is your chance to secure an apprenticeship like no other. At Reigate & Banstead you’ll get all the benefits of an apprenticeship with paid work experience and a recognised qualification. You will gain valuable skills by working within our ICT Service Desk team. We believe a structured Apprenticeship Programme is paramount in helping apprentices achieve their qualifications. We have put together a programme that will provide you with the support and guidance needed to ensure you get the most out of your training and development. The apprenticeship will leave you with an Industry Standard Level 3 qualification.
Desired skills
•GCSEs in Maths, English and IT preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks.
•Ability to operate well within a team.
•Maintain a first-class level of customer service.
•A willingness to work flexibly in response to service demands.
