This is an exciting time for Epsom & Ewell’s HR team who are at the forefront of driving change across the organisation. We are seeking a energetic and driven HR Advisor with strong generalist experience to join our small, friendly team that delivers HR support to a varied and diverse workforce of over 300 employees.

We will also be moving to a new office location which will entail significant changes in the way and where we work. This is an important and complex move for the Council, and you will be part of helping to make that a success. The HR Advisor will be guiding and supporting managers embed the new ways of working in their interactions.  

You will be a big picture thinker providing a professional HR service across all people related matters. This is an interesting and varied role in which no two days are the same and you can expect to get involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be working in a busy environment, so it is essential that you are well organised, resilient, and flexible.

This is a full-time role, although we would consider a minimum of 4 days per week for the right candidate and a mixture of office and remote working.
