An enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a real passion for developing arts opportunities is required to join a forward thinking, motivated team. Elmbridge Cultural, Leisure and Environment Services is a fast-moving team dedicated to providing high quality services, which meet the needs of the community and contribute to a better quality of life.

The postholder will initiate and develop a wide range of opportunities for participation in the arts for local people, working collaboratively with a range of partners including the RC Sherriff Trust and Surrey Arts Partnership. The postholder will also provide support, advice and advocacy for the Borough’s arts organisations and voluntary groups.

With an excellent personal development programme and support you will have the opportunity to shape your own development and growth.

It is key that you have good communication skills, and the ability to develop excellent working partnerships. You will need a flexible approach to work, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to enable travel throughout the Borough.
