Compliance Officer - Water Hygiene and Domestic Lifts
Do you have a comprehensive understanding of water hygiene and domestic lifting equipment gained by work experience and the supported by P9010 Legionella Responsible person and Duty Holder training and awareness of The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 and Provision and use of work equipment regulations 1998.

This is the perfect opportunity to lead the Water hygiene and domestic lift management within the Property Services Team and develop your skills and knowledge within the Compliance arena . The key functions will include:
- Continuous review and management of a risk assessment inspection programme,
- Implementation and monitoring of control measures,
- Review, rating and development of remediation programme,
- Lead on PCAF management,
- Liaison with internal and external parties to facilitate compliance of water hygiene and domestic lifts.
